Ice Age Europe - Network of Heritage Sites

The Ice Age Europe network, established in January 2013, tells the story of Ice Age people in Europe and our common cultural heritage in space and time. 18 renowned archaeological sites with Ice Age heritage and affiliated museums or visitor centers from seven European countries (Belgium, the UK, Spain, France, Germany, Italy and Croatia) are members, among them the National Museum and Research Center of Altamira (Spain), the Neanderthal Museum, Mettmann (Germany), the Krapina Neanderthal Museum (Croatia) and The Gibraltar Museum (UK).
